Let Go of The Weight and Finally Be Free!
I get frustrated with myself.
I know that I can surrender and ask God for strength. But I don’t always do that.
I get frustrated because I know how to eat healthy and get fit. But I don’t do that consistently.
But things are different now.
I want to surrender. Praying for God’s help and letting go of the weight with EFT.
Praying and tapping are so comforting to me. When I tap, I get more ideas and sometimes a more clear understanding of the situation.
Why not tap to surrender the weight?
Letting go of weight that I don’t need.
Letting go of weight that isn’t serving me at all.
All it does is make me feel like a failure.
Reminds me of all the mistakes and bad decisions I have made each time I have opened my mouth. It’s not protecting me from anything.
I want to let it go. God sees it all, and I know this too can be given to Him. I am choosing to keep my habits. I must also choose to let it go.

- Even though I’m tired of being over weight, I deeply and completely love myself anyways.
- Even though I keep disappointing myself with my choices and behavior, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
- Even though it’s my fault for making this harder than it has to be, I am choosing to love myself right now.
I am choosing to surrender this weight.
Side of Eye:
My extra pounds aren’t helping me be the person I want to be.
There is no reason for me to keep my weight.
It’s time to let it go, and I am committing to letting go of all the extra weight.
That means I am letting go of the excuses.
I am starting fresh and excited to feeling lighter and free.
I am choosing to trust God and not trust in the calling of the food.

I am ready to set myself free and let it all go.
I am letting go of the urges to snack and eat.
Side of Eye:
I don’t need to eat when I’m not hungry.
God can give me the strength to wait until I feel the growl and I’m hungry.
My body wants to eat the extra pounds I am carrying around and use it as fuel.
I have lots of extra fuel my body can burn up while I move, exercise, and sleep.
I am not going to eat when I am not hungry, I don’t need it.
I am committing to it and surrendering my thoughts and my weight to God.

I’m ready to be set free. I am ready to surrender. I am ready to let all my extra weight go and feel good!
It feels good to use tapping to surrender.
- Surrender my negative thoughts.
- Surrender my negative behavior.
- Surrender the weight.
Sometimes tapping feels like a massage, calming and relaxing.
Tapping and using EFT on a regular basis, will help you to reinforce the positive thoughts you want to create for yourself, while letting go of the negative ones. That includes the negative thoughts about your weight, as well as the weight itself!
Journaling is a great way to document about your tapping experience, the progress you make, the thoughts that come to you while tapping, and prayers answered.
Looking back at our journey will help us to see that we are making progress. Reading where we came from can be encouraging on days when we feel like we haven’t made any progress.
